Super location, everything is nearby. Team are tremendous friendly and helpful and speak wonderful English. There are actually activities every evening and it´s a fantastic way to meet people nowadays. Rooms and facilities are ok and towels changed everyday. Only thing was beds are somewhat noisy but that’s extremely small. Wonderful value for the money!

Me and my husband stayed at Windsor Spa Hotel for seven days for holidays to discovering the city. Windsor Spa Hotel is situated in a really central place, it’s clean along with the beds are certainly cozy! There is just one issue I’d suggest going forward and that’s to provide much more hotel amenities, shower gel particularly. Over-all, I was more than happy with this stay and would definitely endorse it to any one aiming to drop by Karlovy Vary.

I have booked the room for 3 nights with my husband. Beds were being comfortable and the space was normally clean up. The personnel were very handy and friendly and always took care to make us feel good. Rooms are large and the closet. Bathroom have been clean plus the shower was excellent. Not a really social hotel at least all along our stay.

Pretty employees, brilliant location in great neighbourhood.

This hotel was truly centrally positioned and the staff from the reception were available at any hrs. The beds have been comfortable and the other guests ended up usually respectful with each other so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air conditioning was on and off, but they fix it. Pretty nice hotel and good area. I Definitely advise Windsor Spa Hotel!
